error. Could not add this OpenID.

It turns out that my internet is slow, added the OpenID but could not validate, because not it was in my Libratar, I had to delete the account and again create the account and now I can not add a OpenID, I get this message "already in its list of OpenID unconfirmed (first try to remove it) "," another account linked this OpenID ". How do I solve it?.
