Thunderbird Indicator

no notification but I do not know why

I have Thunderbird 2.0.0.22 (Ubuntu 9.04) and Mozilla Notification 0.1.2 installed. Test Notification works. But when receiving an email no notification appears.

Version 0.1.1 works as expected.

should I start a bugreport?

I don't know why but enabling the option "Show host name on new message" gets the thing working! Even after disabling the option plug-in works great.
