Container size

Asked by Dawid

I have a Nexus 7 2013 tablet. Tried to install SDK in container i previously installed firefox, libreoffice, evince. After a time during installation i got message that it was too little space and installer. Stopped. I wonder, because i had about 17 GB space on device, if container has limmited sicze? Maybe I could not install SDK which is not supported et? Then iii had to reinstall ubuntu touch.

Hi,

No, containers do not have a size limit- it is simply files on your filesystem. I have a feeling that the mount point where /home is has a limited size and ran out of space. Containers are created under ~/.cache/libertine-container.

Thanks!
