BUFR 3 07 074 for daily CLIMAT data

Hi,
I would like to know if CANADA is testing the new BUFR template on DAILY CLIMAT DATA (BUFR template 3 07 074). Météo-France is currently developing the coder/decoder of this message.

Hello STUBER

Our centre does not have current experience with template 3 07 074, but as libecbufr is a general purpose BUFR decoder/encoder, it should be able to handle it. The only thing is to make sure that the tables B and D are up to date. We will update the libecbufr distribution to the latest WMO Tables B and D within the next few days.

Thanks for your answer. You may have time. Template 3 07 074 is still in a phase test. According Atsushi Shimazaki (DRMM Division, WIS Branch OBS Department) from WMO, the message on CLIMAT DAILY , due to some corrections, should be implemented in November 2020 at the earliest.
