This isn't vaporware - I only registered the project hours ago. I haven't written any code yet, at the moment all it cosists of is a WIP dia diagram that shows how the classes are laid out and related, and once that's done I'll convert that to code with dia2code and then start making it into something functional.

Just out of curiousity, do you have an interest in the project or is it just your job to track down codeless projects and encourage the developers to release code?
