TL;DR: Find a text, open a NEW bug.
You will be filing a new bug report (Via Launchpad or Via Email). The text should be directly or indirectly related to LGBTI rights. (When in doubt, open a new bug.)

Via Launcphad.net
===============
1. Login to Launchpad. https:/
2. Go to https:/
3. Copy-paste the *TITLE* of the source text (the text you want translated) into the 'SUMMARY' field.
4. Hit next.
5. Copy-paste the *LINK* of the source text into the 'FURTHER INFORMATION' field.
6. Hit 'Submit Bug'.
Relevant groups will be automatically alerted.
If you would rather like to pick a text to translate, see https:/

This is very fast and easy when done correctly. You can also simply send an email to Launchpad to have a new bug opened. Like so:
[your email]
To: new@bugs.
Subject: Title of The Source Text
Body:
URL of the source text
affects lgbtinewsturkey
[/your email]
Important: There is a new line after the URL and "affects lgbtinewsturkey" starts with a space (because it is a command).
