what would going to happen if i install two desktop enviornment in same image and burn a live cd of that image?

I frequently install fluxbox, kde and gnome to the same CD. So, it's okay to do that.

Some display managers (kdm and gdm) will give you a list of desktop environments, so you'll be able to select which one you want to launch at login. GDM is the only package in LFScript which does not work quite yet, so if you want this list you should install KDM (included with KDE).
