LFScript OS1 not working on windows 7 and virtual box

Im having a problem getting it to work on my win 7 computer using virtual box. im using v.3.3 and i have 120 mb of video memory + 1400 mb of ram designated to it. i click to boot and the welcome screen appears but when i choose a boot methid it goes to a black screen and sticks. I have had the same problem with LFScratch. i have seen many videos on it and i follow exactly what is said and with no luck. Thank you in advance.
