dhcpcd

i have made a live cd. ihave included dhcpcd
when i boot my system with that cd it gives a message that unknown key
and when i halt the system it use to print a message that dhcpcd is not working.
where as in virtual box it is working.
plzz tell me whats the fault

The problem sounds a bit vague (can you post a screenshot here?), but I think you are missing the driver for your network card.

You should create a kernel configuration file for the linux version referenced in the lfs-6.8/kernel script, and make sure the drivers for your network card are included.

Then rebuild your kernels (both the standard one, and the one used on the live cd):

./lfscript -Bux livekernel -U "kernel livekernel" -k "<path to your kernel configuration>"
