Currently XFCE is not in BLFS, just like KDE3 is bound to be removed in the near future. There are some legacy scripts in LFScript 3.3 for XFCE, which you might be able to use in LFScript 4.0.

I'll check these scripts myself in the near future and add them to LFScript 4 if they are still usable (I opened a feature request bug on this).

LFScript 4.0 should eventually have everything 3.3 had (and more), but it is still in active development.

Xfce is included in LFScript 4 revision 9.
