after making compiling all the softwares from lfscript3.3 how to make it bootable?

If you insist on using LFScript 3.3, you should read the 'README' file provided with that version. An excerpt from that file reads:

"You now have a basic Linux distribution, packaged in about 50 archives in the 'packages' folder. To install this system locally, run './setup'."

So, you should run "./setup".
