Yes, you can install the OS on other systems (of similar architecture).
The easiest way is to copy the lfscript directory (including the 'packages-<arch>' folder, which contains the binaries) to a flash drive or memory card, then boot the computer on which you want to install the OS with a live CD and follow the instructions at http://lfscript.org/docs/installing.htm.

And yes, you can also build a live CD. A guide on this (though not yet styled properly) is available at http://lfscript.org/docs/livecd.htm.
