Where can I find the lfsinstaller script?

The man page mentions an lfsinstaller script. Where can I find this script? I need to build an install cd for the lfs system I have built using your lfscript.

In short: "lfsinstaller" does not exist yet.

I'm now writing a short document that explains installation of a system built with LFScript (see the linked bug). A video tutorial about installing a system will also be released shortly.
