how to enable lava-scheduler-daemon

Hi All:
I have occur a problem:
I use "apt-get install lava-dashboard","apt-get install lava-scheduler"
Then I want to open the lava-scheduler-daemon to trace the job status,
but i run "lava-server manage lava-scheduler"
it faild with
Unknown command: 'lava-scheduler'
Type 'lava-server help' for usage.

How to fix it ?

Sorry, it's expired. Please try to use lp:linaro-deployment-tool to deploy lava-dashboard and lava-scheduler from pip, ubuntu package way is abandoned and out of date.

You need to open lava-server like http://validation.linaro.org/lava-server/scheduler/ to see job status, not the following line.
