Change my project's name

Hi there. I would like an admin to change my project's name. Right now it is:

and I would like it to become:
https://launchpad.net/pylonsbook-translations

Plus it seems I cannot change the summary for it. If you guys can do it, change it from:

This is the spanish translation of the Pylons Book by James Gardner (http://pylonsbook.com/)

to

This is the translation of the Pylons Book by James Gardner (http://pylonsbook.com/) to other languages.
