account doesn't work on staging

i registered for launchpad over the weekend. it's been more than 24 hours.

tonight, i tried to log into staging with my email address and password. i get the message: "The email address and password do not match."

i've typed the password into the normal launchpad site and have no difficulty logging in, so i don't believe it's actually a mismatched password.

Staging sometimes takes considerably more than 24 hours to update.

Can you help with this problem?
