Could you please remove The Lingwo Project and all the projects underneath it?

Hello,

The project in its current form is going away and when it re-emerges it will be based on entirely new code and will be organized in a different structure. Its existing here in this form will only add to confusion in the future.

Launchpad was mainly only used as a place to mirror bzr branches. I've already gone through all the projects and removed the branches (since that's something I have permission to remove!). So, the data still stored here now isn't terribly useful to anyone.

Thank you for the cleanup on this project since it is no longer being used. I have marked it as inactive and deleted, and is no longer in active use on our system.
