please delete ppa 0.86

Can an admin please or at least disassociate the ppa at https://launchpad.net/~sugarteam/+archive/0.86 https://launchpad.net/~sugarteam .

It is a legacy ppa. All it does now is confuse new users.

PPAs cannot be deleted, which is bug #392887. However, you can disable your PPA ("Change details", uncheck "Enabled"), which should stop it confusing new users.
