Getting people to sign on a project?

I recently added the Yellow Dog Linux (PS3) here on Launchpad. I was wondering how exactly I could get more people signed on. I merely did it due to lack of resources with bug reporting and such. I am also just learning Perl and C and just barely got a hold of Bash. I'm pretty much doing this as a courtesy to fellow YDL users and anyone interested in YDL for PS3 in general :D

Building communities and driving involvement is a complicated thing that depends greatly on the community in question. Books have been written on the subject. It's not something that we really can answer.
