python-gst vsc-import location wrong

https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/python-gst/main points to the CVS module gst-python from :pserver:<email address hidden>:/cvs/gstreamer. Its last successful import was on 2006-09-10.

python-gst can be found in its new location: git://anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-python

Please adjust this appropriately.

You can register a new import yourself to point to the new git repository.
