Please merge ~gnomesword-developers & ~xiphos-devel

Resulting team name should be ~xiphos-devel

Reason: I want to use <email address hidden> as contact email for ~xiphos-devel but lp doesn't let me. It tells it is associated with ~gnomesword-developers (ghost which I just claimed but still can reassign email).
