Is it possible to change the gpg key of a PPA?

Asked by Stefan Glasenhardt on 2010-01-16

Hi,

Last year my hard-disk got a head crash and i've lost my private gpg-key (1024R/066ADE1D). I've generated a new one (1024D/7047073A) and uploaded it to the keyserver. I also resigned the "Code of Conduct" with the new key.

Now i want to use the new key with my PPA, but i can't find any possibility to change the key. I thought by resigning the "Code of Conduct" the key would automatically be used for the PPA.

Can i change to key for myself or must an admin do this? If there is no simple solution, can an admin please delete my PPAs so i can start with a complete new one?

Your PPA is not signed with your personal key, Launchpad generates one on your behalf. So, you don't need to do anything special here.
