Please change the Vala project owner to the vala-team

Currently the Vala project on launchpad is owned by Kevin Kubasik who I contacted many times last year asking him to hand over the ownership to the vala-team but without getting any reply back.

The vala-team team is the one owning the official PPA for Vala, and its members are actual Vala contributors. I would make sense imho to have the vala-team own the vala project.

I asked the current owner by email what he thinks about this.

The current owner wrote in a reply to my question that he agrees to transfer the ownership to ~vala-team.
