Removing a user from a team

Asked by Chris Johnston

I accidentally approved magia154 for the ~user-days-instructors team. I immediatly deactivated him, as I meant to not approve him. I was hoping it would be possible to remove him from the team as if he was never a member, instead of leaving him as a 'former member.' This is due to the nature of the team, and I do not wish to give a user credit for teaching at an Ubuntu event when they have not.

De-activation is the same as removal, as far as Launchpad is concerned. I don't think by having the user shown as deactivated it implies anything about their former status.

Thanks, Tom

It looks to me as though they were a member, and no longer are... Which implies their former status.

I'm afraid there isn't a way for us to delete them - deactivation is the only option. If you feel this is a bug, please feel free to use the "Create bug report" link.

Thanks, Tom
