Remove external bug tracker

The external bug tracker linked as https://edge.launchpad.net/bugs/bugtrackers/dosage-bugs has been migrated to Launchpad (see http://bugs.launchpad.net/dosage) and is no longer available; in addition, there are only three bug watches associated with it. Is it possible to delete the bug tracker entry?
