Please can you delete my ppa so that I can change my username?

I'm still useing gmail thats not changed but I'm just trying yahoo for homepage

I am afraid we can not delete your PPA at this time. Due to a bug in launchpad we can not delete or rename PPAs that have been actually used.

It looks like this has now changed and in fact I can delete my own ppa. I have done this, but I am still unable to change my username... would it be possible for someone to change it for me? I would like danbishop88
