Request for change in my launchpad URL and removal of PPA

Hi i want to get my Rekonq PPA removed,it has never had published packages.Also,can someone please change my launchpad URL from : www.launchpad.net/~rohan16garg : to : www.launchpad.net/~rohangarg : or : www.launchpad.net/~shadeslayer :
