Delete project "rainbow"

Hi,

'rainbow' was registered in LP a while ago and has had no activity. I am proposing to ursurp the name with the project at "rainbow-olpc"

The admins need to rename and disable the old project so that the name is available.

have renamed the old to https://edge.launchpad.net/rainbow-unused

Luke, yell when you're ready to have rainbow-olpc renamed to rainbow.
