Please remove dists/hardy from ppa:infinote/ppa

Please remove dists/hardy from ppa:infinote/ppa. We cannot support Hardy anymore due to incompatible/too old libraries found in that release and we want to make that clear to users, who would otherwise not be alerted that they are using an old buggy version of the code.
