remove user and an empty project

Can you please remove my project Basepad from launchpad?
While you are at it, can you please remove me at the same time?
It's empty. I never succeeded in uploading my bazaar local branch (ssh keys did not match despite being correct).
In any case, I find this repository not really suitable for me.
The fact, for instance, that I cannot remove my project myself is really strange since I'm the owner.
Having to ask a question to remove my project and myself from the system is not good practice.
The SSH import was done according to the instructions and still I get errors.
The project name in launchpad is Basepad (with a capital B) but if I enter it like that the whole process cannot find the project, it must be entered all in lowercase (!!??).
It's all very confusing, not user friendly at all.
