Disable report of bug I've commented on

Asked by David Roberts

I've commented on a bug [ lp:455503 ] but my level of interest in it is very low so I would prefer that it didn't appear in my " Bugs related to " list.

Is there any configuration or setting that makes that possible, please? [I'm not subscribed to the bug, so unsubscribing isn't an option.]

Thanks. DJ

Sorry David, this is not something we're able to do. Note that you are, however, subscribed to the bug. You can unsubscribe yourself.

Thank you for your reply Tom.

"Note that you are, however, subscribed to the bug. You can
unsubscribe yourself."

You must have a different view than I have for some reason.

Looking at https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/455503 as I type this,
it has only one direct subscriber who is the original reporter.

Where are you looking to see me reported as a subscriber, please?

Regards -

David Roberts

My original question was: "I've commented on a bug [ lp:455503 ] but my level of interest in it is very low so I would prefer that it didn't appear in my " Bugs related to " list. Is there any configuration or setting that makes that possible, please? "

I don't understand how the word 'Moskow' can be thought to be an answer.

I also said in the original posting: "I'm not subscribed to the bug, so unsubscribing isn't an option."

So comments about me finding out how to unsubscribe myself appear to be unhelpful.

It will be difficult to resolve this issue in the context of lp:455503 since that bug has now been marked as a duplicate, but in general terms my question stands - how do I disassociate myself from a bug on which I have merely commented?

I think "Moskow" is a mistake or a prank.

You cannot disassociate your self from bugs you have commented upon. We cannot remove all the emails, RSS, and XMPP messages that are distributed around the world.

My question to you was about receiving email about the bugs. Tom's remark implied you were getting emails. I do not see how you cna be getting emails.
