Hi,

Have you considered using Launchpad Translators group?

You can find more info about the group here:
https://help.launchpad.net/Translations/LaunchpadTranslators

Of course we can create a translation group for your project, but from my point of view, splitting translators community in hundreds of groups will not get to much benefit both for translators and project maintainers.

We want to make Launchpad Translators group, suitable for any project hosted in Launchpad. Your feedback is much appreciated!

Kindest regards,
Adi

Hi Alberto,

Translations groups are only for managing translators, not PO Templates.

For PO Templeates
-------------------------

If you chose to manually upload new PO Templates, even with you own group, first time you upload them, they will still need to be validated.

For PO Files
----------------

What do you want to control in po files upload?

As driver for your project you have reviewer rights for all po files.

If you want to have more reviewer, you can always ask them to join the Launchpad Translations team for their languages and they will have review rights for that language.

Kindest regards,
Adi

Hi Alberto,

Having your own translation group will not allow you to manage the import queue.

In your case, you are not following the naming convention for po files.

Here you can find out more about how to make a successful upload:
https://help.launchpad.net/Translations/YourProject/ImportingTemplates#Adding and updating templates

If you have any other questions, please do ask!

Cheers,
Adi

Your template has the path "3.0.13/yarpp.pot". Your translation files (po files) will need to be in the same directory (3.0.13) in order to get imported automatically. I see that your earlier uploads had that path, the latter don't. I can change the path of the template for you in Launchpad, if you want that. Please watch for correct naming of the files, see this FAQ about language codes in Launchpad: https://answers.launchpad.net/rosetta/+faq/619

Please make sure you read the help pages as Adi suggested. This FAQ is relevant for you, too: https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/rosetta/+faq/374

Can you help with this problem?
