Plese delete online pharmacy spam

I've discovered a real treasure-trove of online Pharmacy spam. The following Google searches pull up the full list, perhaps 1000 items in all:

The following search provides 4590 results, possibly as many spammer account names. It searches the site where I found the original spam links:

Maris, I don't think it's really reasonable to discover all this spam and then just ask the LOSAs to sort it out - there are other questions that need asking, such as what is wrong with our current process that allows so many to get through and what automated process is available for removing/disabling those that already exist.

Fair enough. I'll draw up a script to extract the names, come up with a deactivation procedure, so on and so forth.

I'll get in touch again when I have a more directly usable list of infringing accounts.
