php launchpad package has incorrect name

https://launchpad.net/php calls php the "Hypertext Processor". That's wrong. php is the "Hypertext Preprocessor". Though, to be 100% correct, the real name is "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor", as per http://us.php.net/manual/en/faq.general.php#faq.general.acronym. The package name/description should be fixed to have the correct name for php.
