More generally: do we have a way to simultaneously delete a user and all that users comments (at least the ones without responses?) once we determine that user is a spammer?

Actually, a better strategy might be to delete the user but replace their comments with one-line notices saying "there was a spam here", since we don't really have the concept of threading within comment streams. If we were to just remove the comments, then other people's comments reacting to those comments would suddenly stop making sense.

None of this is a recommendation for or against deleting ~vmankov. Whether that person is a spammer is a separate question. I'm merely saying that a general mechanism for handling spammers would be very useful.

Yes. Good point.
What about also some negative karma being listed on his page.

I'm just trying to teach you, children. You are so restricted...

>>Be respectful of all users at all times.

calling an entire group of people evil does not respect them.

>> This means please use etiquette and politeness.
It is not polite.

>>>Treat people with kindness and gentleness.

It is not kind.

>>>If you do this the rest of the code of conduct won't need more than a cursory mention.

Follow these rules and you will have no problems.

Converting to a question since this is best handled by the LOSAs. (At least until bug 45419 is not fixed.)
