I am sorry to tell you that project names starting with "root" are blacklisted on Launchpad. Can you come up with a different name, please?

I'll just keep 'rester' then.

Is there a 'real' reason for not allowing names to start with 'root'? I don't know of anyway that could conflict with packaging, mail, bzr, database, or web systems.

We have a long list of blacklisted names that has been growing. So to find out the reason why a particular one ended up on there might need some investigation. Sorry about that evasive answer... ;)
