Remove libgtk project

I think the valid project is https://launchpad.net/gtk, not https://launchpad.net/libgtk

Thank you for your concern about keeping the project namespace clean. ;) I am not sure, though, that they are the same. They are both owned by the Registry Adminstrators so technically by no-one. Whenever one of the projects gets activated by its developers, they can shed light on this.

Only project owners can request project deletion anyway...
