Delete rugretl project and granting access to gretl

There is a gretl project on launchpad (for gretl.sf.net program). I've tried to contact its starter but haven't got any response. I wrote to his emails from launchpad, developers maillist and his personal website.
By mistake I've started another project for that program - rugretl.
Please delete that additional project and give me access to make a translation of gretl help system under the original gretl project. I've already got a permission for translating help system on launchpad from gretl developers.
Gretl - is a GPL program for econometrics and a part of the GNU.
