xiph project group

We can't remove project, we can only deactivate them. I'm happy to do that for you, but it will prevent us from creating a project group with the same name.

The best thing to do is to rename xiph yourself. Let me know what the new name is and I'll deactivate it (or you can keep it around for the future if that's useful). Follow up here afterward and I'll create a xiph project group for you.

dont see how i can rename a project, i can ony change the display title but not the actual project name in https://launchpad.net/xiph/+edit if you can rename it, one option would be to rename it to one of the sub projects we will need, vorbis would be one. so if you rename xiph to vorbis and create a xiph group project that would be great.

I can create the project group. I will ask an admin to rename the project for us so that the name is free. When that is done, I will create the group and assign it to you. You can then edit it fix the descriptions.

I've renamed "xiph" to "vorbis" - will assign the ticket to you, Curtis.

I created the project group and reactivated the now named vorbis project that I assume you will want. You are the owner of
https://launchpad.net/xiph and you can update it. You can also update https://aunchpad.net/vorbis since it still claims to be the xiph project.
