newbie can't download proyect

I am triyng to download openerp on Ubuntu 8.04.3
is not mi intention to upload files
when I try:
bzr branch lp:openobject-server/5.0 openerp-server
it answers
Permission denied (publickey).
bzr: ERROR: Connection closed: please check connectivity and permissions (and try -Dhpss if further diagnosis is required)
then i created an account in launchpad and try
bzr launchpad-login jobiols
but in answer
bzr: ERROR: The user name jobiols is not registered on Launchpad.
but am indeed registered, what is wrong?
