Something is seriously broken somewhere.

When I try and even view account ~csr21. edge and prod.

Am reluctant to try the merge until we have a better idea of what the current problem generating that OOPS is.

Hi Steve,

I've filed bug #485237 about that. The page works fine for me, so I think it's rendering a normally untouched part of the template corresponding to your elevated privileges. This also means it's probably safe to merge the accounts because the error is in presentation code. There's no guarantee it's not related to a data breakage, so you may still want to wait for someone to dig deeper into that bug.
