Delete vcs-import ~vcs-imports/cvs2svn/trunk please

Please delete https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/cvs2svn/trunk.

The import has never worked, and cannot work without code changes to the Launchpad importer, because the origin server requires authentication.
