Copying bugs/blueprints from other project

Asked by Ajay Kumar

I am trying to copy the Bugs/Code/Blueprints from a seperate project to a series of another project. It was creating since we were not completely sure of how we could do it on LP. But developers have already started using the new project we created.
We created this: https://launchpad.net/sahana/relief-experiments
https://bugs.launchpad.net/sahana-relief-experiments/
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/sahana-relief-experiments
https://code.launchpad.net/~sahana-relief-team/sahana/trunk

But want all of it to be copied under https://launchpad.net/sahana/relief-experiments
Since "sahana" is our main project page.

How do we do it without loosing any commits/bugs/blueprints history?

Hi Ajay,

> We created this: https://launchpad.net/sahana/relief-experiments

This is a "series", which represents a line of development, from which
you can make releases.

To move bugs across, go into each bug and change the "Affects" setting
to simply "sahana" instead of "sahana-relief-experiments". Then click
(the slightly misnamed) "Nominate for release" and choose
"relief-experiments".

Visit each blueprint and click "Re-target blueprint" in the menu on
the right hand side. You can then set the "Series goal" too.

You can change the owner to any team you are a member of by going to
https://code.launchpad.net/~sahana-relief-team/sahana/trunk and
clicking the "Change branch details" option from the branch page.

You can then set this branch as the series branch by going to
https://launchpad.net/sahana/relief-experiments and clicking "Change
details" and entering it in the "Branch" field.

If you no longer need the sahana-relief-experiments project after
that, please file another question so we can deactivate it.

Gavin.
