How to delete a template from my project?

I need to remove https://translations.launchpad.net/smspopup/trunk/+pots/fortune since I was testing and now I will upload the real thing.

btw, why it's not possible for me to delete it?

Please avoid uploading test-only data to Launchpad! Use staging.launchpad.net for testing. We don't normally delete data, but I've disabled the template.
