Please remove the edubuntu-testers group

Hi, in an effort to simplify Edubuntu teams we will be removing excess teams. The Edubuntu Testers team will now form part of the Edubuntu QA team. Please remover the ~edubuntu-testers (https://launchpad.net/~edubuntu-testers) team.

If you have any queries please contact any person in the Edubuntu Council (https://launchpad.net/~edubuntu-council).
