Please remove Win System Cleaner...

I was searching through the projects and I found this project (https://launchpad.net/winsystemcleaner) and it looks like it is just spamming launchpad. The links point to a website where you have to buy the program. The programming language says "English", last I checked english is a verbal language and there is nothing else started in the project...
