The Launchpad Janitor doesn't mark Ubuntu questions as expired

Is it just me, or does the Janitor not seem to be marking answers on the Ubuntu launchpad answers page that have been untouched for years as expired? I'm seeing stuff from 2007. Shouldn't it do this?

Can you provide examples? If the questions were assigned for several years, then unassigned more than 15 days ago, I imagine they would be expired.

Answers only gets a rare contribute of code so I am not aware of any changes beyond allowing users to add comments to questions in the past few months.
