Keyserver error

I tried to add the mactel repository to my software sources. I can ping the keyserver (except that I can't read the output), but it times out with an error. I tried both the old instructions (with apt-key add) and the new (with apt-key adv), and neither worked. Should I file a bug report?

There have been issues with the keyserver in the last few days around the Ubuntu 9.10 release. Please try again.
