connection reset by peer in sourceforge import

This import https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/cyberlink-upnp/trunk is repeatedly failing with what seems to be a retryable operation.

Could you fix it and get the import in, please.

It seems to be working now -- I didn't do anything though!
