Adding a sub-project

Asked by Matthieu Baerts

Hi,

Could you please create a new sub-project named cairo-dock-plug-ins-extras (owned by cairo-dock-team) associated with the master project 'cairo-dock' (https://launchpad.net/cairo-dock)?

Reason: In fact we have added a better DBus support in order to create easily new external plug-ins in others languages (bash, python, perl and others languages than C). So we have new applets (made by more people and other than the Cairo-Dock Team) and we think it's better to separate these external plug-ins from others applets coded in C. We think it's also better to use another main bzr branch (lp:cairo-dock-plug-ins-extras), another tarball, another deb package, etc.

Thanks for your support !

Hello,
Do you want that I create this new project? But I don't know if you can modify this new project in order to be linked with the master project (cairo-dock)
Thanks for your help.

Hi Matthieu-

There is no need to have a Launchpad admin create this project. When you're creating this project, just make sure you put cairo-dock in the "Part of:" box.

Cheers,
Paul
